Jobssy was a Spanish company founded in 2010 as an AI-powered global talent and people search engine. Jobssy had a new talent search algorithm that further leveraged 'collective intelligence' to quickly locate people through their social networks, online connections, context and relevance. Social networks activities take on special relevance when it comes to finding a job. On the one hand, the algorithm incorporated the concept of 'activity in social networks', which means that those people who are looking for a job in social networks are detected, and recommended to companies automatically. On the other hand, Jobssy analysed trends and online behaviours of the jobseekers, both through their activity and their contacts, interests and timeline activities in social networks. In addition, Jobssy anticipated companies needs. Using its technology Jobssy search engine was continuously learning from the interactions and needs of its clients and recommended the profiles they need even before they know they really need them. Jobssy's technology was also accessible via smartphone through the JobssyTalent people finder app. |

Jobssy made possible for companies to be able to find the same candidate in all social networks where they were, as well as if they have a blog or appear in an article or pdf found on the Internet. In essence, it allowed to find the fingerprint of anyone on the Internet. Jobssy was the gateway to millions of profiles on social networks, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xing, Cruchbase, Indeed, etc. Even more so considering that Jobssy presents the possibility of geolocating candidates. Jobssy worked with the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory and the IRG Group of the Autonomous University of Madrid in the evolution of its Artificial Intelligence algorithm Jobssy used even more powerful “collective intelligence” to locate people more quickly through contacts, context and relevance online. |

The founders also founded Cafeandjobs.com their 2nd Startup that was an "informal" networking event held in cafeterias that represented a great opportunity for many people who were unemployed between 2011 and 2013. During the event, attendees could have a "free" cup of coffee and 5/10-minutes of "informal meetings" with recruiters from different companies with vacant positions. In addition, at the end of the personal meetings, all attendees will be able to participate in a Networking session both with human resources professionals, and with the rest of the people who attended to the meeting. Jobssy was closed at the end of 2015 after five years of operations. |
